TOS
To perform a commission you should be 18+. We may ask for the ID, if consider it necessary. In case you are under 18 your trustee shall make a purchase on your behalf.
If you want to order gloves or feet, you must be 15+.
We do not make a fursuit of a character not belonging to the Customer, however, we may create a designs inspired by the existing characters.
We do not make fursuits based on a stolen design. We are not liable in case we are unable to detect if a design was stolen.
Payment
We do not accept any payment plans.
All money transfers are performed via PayPal through invoice in order to protect the Parties.
The first installment is 50% of the total cost of the fursuit. The second installment is 50% of the total cost of the item and the delivery cost.
Modifications during manufacturing
Customer has the right to request modifications during the fursuit manufacturing, if modifications are confirmed by a reference. Any modifications requiring additional costs (materials, manufacturing time) are at expense of Customer.
Delivery
Delivery is made upon full payment.
The delivery cost is approximately $100-500 depending on the weight of the item.
Shipping cost for gloves or feet is $60.
The approximate delivery cost is stated with the price of the item. The actual delivery cost is calculated when the fursuit is completed.
Delivery is performed by Georgian Post. The track number will be provided to Customer.
Al Fur is not liable for any damage or loss inflicted by the Post Office during delivery.
Refund
All refund is performed via PayPal.
After prepayment and before delivery Customer has the right to withdraw the commission and request a refund. 30% of the first installment is nonrefundable, as it covers the loss incurred by Maker. After the commission withdrawal we have the right to redesign and sell the item.
Upon receiving the item Customer is not able to reject it.
In case a fursuit is damaged by fault of Maker within 6 month upon delivery, Customer has the right for compensation. The amount of compensation is calculated by Maker. In case Customer desires to make repairs by his/her own Maker can provide the Manual.
We are not liable in case the item is stolen.
Delay in payment
In case Customer delays the second installment after the item is completed, we charge a penalty in the amount of 0.5% of the total cost for each week, starting from the day Customer is notified about readiness of the commission. The penalty will be included in the final payment invoice.
Customer may request a delay in manufacturing unless the manufacturing is completed by 80%.
